Dear Prospective Member,
Do you enjoy the exploration and intellectual exchange of ideas and knowledge, challenging the mind, entertaining new perspectives, and sharing food and fellowship?
If so, the Albany Torch Club could be for you. We'd love for you to discover more about us!
.
Who We Are: Albany Torch offers a unique experience for intellectually inclined men and women to meet monthly over dinner with an educational and social community. We are a highly interactive organization where members participate and discuss stimulating and diverse subjects ranging from current and historic events, to science and the arts.
Torch is a 100-year-old, International association with chapters in the U.S. and Canada. Our members enjoy idea-generating presentations and an outstanding atmosphere to expand knowledge and freely exchange questions, concepts, and views.
Dinner meetings consist of a social hour and delicious dinner to broaden social networks and make new connections, with a presentation by an invited guest who is expert in their field. The presentations vary each month and include a broad range of topics. A brief question and answer session follows each presentation.
You are invited to join our next meeting. Our dinner meeting schedule is listed below. Please contact us today to learn more!
Thank you from your Albany Torch 2025-26 Officers,
Carl Rubenstein, President
Lisa Rubin-Johnson, Secretary
Bernard Schatz, Treasurer
